Lorene Bennett, Nashville, Wilma Williams of Goodlettsville; brothers, Thomas Wakefield of Nashville, Roy Wakefield, Cottontown, Tenn. Clarence Wakefield, Nashville and William Wakefield of Nashville. 19 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
Mrs. Loftis is at the Nashville Funeral Home, Inc., 1021 Russell Street Nashville where services will be conducted Monday. April 8, 1991 at 11 am by Rev. Don Stone officiating. Interment Spring Hill Cemetery.

August 5, 2016. Harlin Joe Loftis Jr.
Age 61 of White House, TN passed away August 2, 2016 at his home after an extended illness. Mr. Loftis was born July 12, 1955 in Davidson County, TN to Harlin Joe and Edna Lucille Wakefield Loftis, Sr.. He worked in the construction industry as a mason prior to his illness and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Wanda Loftis and Geneva Thompson; brother, Calvin Ray Loftis. He is survived by sister, Sandra (James David) Hale, White House, TN and brother, Roger Dale Loftis, Ashland City, TN. Funeral service is scheduled for Friday, August 5, 2016 at 2pm in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in White House with Rev. Larry Treadway officiating.
