He was a retired bus driver and an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Highland Baptist Church, Louisville, and Louisville Masonic Lodge. A son, Michael Tingle, preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Dora Lee Stafford Tingle; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Graham-Dunn Funeral Home, Carrollton. Burial will be in Carrollton IOOF Cemetery.
