  Billie Stafford Buchanan, 64, of 812 N.E. Fifth Ave., died Tuesday, Nov. 8, 1994. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Llano Cemetery with the Rev. Russ Reneau of Faith Baptist Church officiating. Arrangements are by Memorial Chapel of Schooler-Gordon*Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors, Fifth Avenue and Pierce Street Mrs. Buchanan was born in Lakeview and had lived in Amarillo for 26 years. She married A.C. Buchanan in 1947. She was a homemaker and mother to five. Survivors include her husband; four daughters, Jan Willis and Peggy Bellar, both of Amarillo, Tommie Harper of Wolfforth and Shirley Hopkins of Greene, R.I.; a son, Kenneth Buchanan of Summerville, S.C.; her father, Raymond Stafford of Missouri; and nine grandchildren.
