  Daughter of John Claude Hargrove and Effie Futrell Bryson. Charleen is a sister to three sisters and four brothers. She married her sweetheart William R. Stafford (1913-1995) on Friday, O5 Feb 1943. Together they are the parents of one daughter. Charlene worked many years for the Civil Service and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Army of Mary, Daughters of Isabella, Daughters of American Revolution, and the Lourdes Hospital Auxiliary. She was a member of St. John Catholic Church. At the time of her passing she is grandmother to two grandchildren. She was 81 years of age
