IMOGENE N. STAFFORD, 79, of Memphis, passed away November 19, 2006, at her home. She was a retired financial secretary for Jones Furniture. Mrs. Stafford knew the Lord and was a Christian. She was a very loving person and loyal to all her family. She was also an avid reader and an excellent seamstress.
Mrs. Stafford is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Jan Stafford and her husband, Byron; her two grandchildren, Rebecca Brewer and her husband, Andy, and Liz Grisham and her husband, Heath; four great-grandchildren, Gracie Sparkman, Ashton Belle Sparkman, Allie Brewer, and Georgia Grisham; four sisters, Florence Webster of Memphis, Ann McAuley of Festus, MO, Mary Moore of Jackson, TN and Emma Lou Hargis of Houston, TX; three brothers, Joe Needham of Blytheville, AR, James Needham of Joliet, IL and Wally Needham of Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Needham; two sisters, Mrs. Margie White and Mrs. Virginia Hargis; two brothers, Paul Lawrence Needham and Steve Needham.
Memorials may be sent to the "Wings Cancer Foundation", West Clinic.
Services will be at 12 pm, Tuesday, November 21 at Forest Hill Funeral Home East.
Visitation will be one hour before the service.
Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery East.
