Marie Archer Stafford, 88, member of Macedonia United Methodist Church and retired cafeteria worker at Brighton Elementary School, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014 in Memphis. The widow of Edgar Stafford, she leaves her daughters Linda (Edward) Brammer of Brighton, Dolly (Terry) Gray of Mason, and Debbie (Steve) Marshall of Covington; sons Eddie (Neva) Stafford of Brighton and Jimmy (Emma) Stafford of Covington; fifteen grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Dicky Lee Stafford; grandson Hunter Stafford; and great-grandson Wyatt Cole Stafford. Visitation for Mrs. Stafford will be 5-8PM Wednesday, Dec.17, at Maley-Yarbrough Funeral Home, with funeral services 3PM Thursday, Dec. 18, at Macedonia United Methodist Church.
