  Funeral services for Mrs. Lillie Pearl Stanford, wife of Oscar Elmer Stanford, were held on Friday afternoon, May 17, at the Milledgeville Methodist Church with Rev. Larry Smith officiating. Burial was in the Milledgeville Cemetery with Casey Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Stanford died at the Hardin County General Hospital on May 15, after suffering a heart attack at her home on May 10. She was a member of the Milledgeville Methodist Church. Mrs. Stanford was born and reared in Decatur County, and was married to Oscar Stanford in 1913. Since that time they had made their home in the Milledgeville Community where Mr. Stanford farmed. Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Otis Rickman, of Milledgeville; one brother, Elise Stafford, of Ft. Worth, Texas; a sister, Mrs. Reba Hughes, of Milledgeville; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
