CHELCIE M. STAFFORD, age 80, died August 22, 2014 at her home. She was a native of Dewitt, KY. and retired from Phillip-Morris as a machinery oiler. She was a member of Main Cross Baptist Church.
Chelcie is survived by her daughter, Diana S. Pope and her husband Gary of Charlestown, IN. and Sandra Kuespert and her husband Karl of Reynoldsburg, OH.; son, Darrell Alton Stafford and his wife Loretta of Charlestown, IN.; sisters, Ruby Woolum of Hamilton, OH. and Shirley Graham of Charlestown, IN.; grandchildren, Tracy Taylor, Amy Michelle Farmer, Chelcie J. Stafford, Richard Kuespert and Ethan Kuespert, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Alton Stafford, her parents, Oscar and Effie Mills, and her brother, Oscar Mills, Jr.
