  Mary Frances Davis Wednesday, January 23, 2008 Marshall County Tribune Mary Frances Davis Mrs. Mary Frances Davis, 68, of Lewisburg, died Saturday, Jan. 19, 2008, at Marshall Medical Center. Mrs. Davis was a native of Giles County. She owned and operated Davis Boarding Home for 35 years and was a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, Colen and Bessie Journey Stafford; husband, Leonard Earl Davis; son, Leslie Bennett; and sister, Rebecca Mitchell. She is survived by one son, William Dunnivant; four daughters, Brenda Carrol, Janice Mitchell, Shirley Pearson and Pam (Scott) Begley, all of Lewisburg; one sister, Jean (Carthel) Allen of Fayetteville; five brothers, Ike Stafford of Lewisburg, Thomas (Helen) Stafford of Columbia, Charles (Pauline) Stafford of Wheel, Wesley (Darlene) Stafford of Clarksville, Glen (Betty) Stafford of Lewisburg; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Jan. 22 from the chapel of London Funeral Home, with Benny Burns officiating, followed by burial in Sunset Park. Pallbearers were Heath Mitchell, Shannon Mitchell, Matthew Begley, Keith Pearson, Davey Maddox, and Shane Hendrix.
