  Jessie Mae Stafford, age 94, died on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at NHC in Pulaski, TN. She was born in Minor Hill, TN on October 20, 1922, retired from Maremont Gabriel and was a member of Booth Chapel Church of Christ. Preceded in death by her parents, Louis Buren and Velma Felker Hendrix, husband Chester Stafford, son Troy Stafford, and great-grandson Jacob Hemphill. Visitation will be on Thursday, August 3, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 4, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial to follow in Minor Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or Booth Chapel Church of Christ, c/o Clinton Tankersley, 471 Booth Chapel Road, Minor Hill, TN 38478. Survivors are sons Danny Joe Stafford of Killen, AL, Stevie Stafford of Goodsprings, and Gary Stafford of Pulaski. Daughters, Kay Hughes of Minor Hill, Patsy Davis of Minor Hill, brother L.D. Hendrix of Minor Hill, and sister Sue Davis of Pulaski. 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
