Nona Hubbell Mindman Stafford, 72, died Thursday, August 9, 1990, at Hidden Avres Manor, following an extended illness.
The Giles County native was the daughter of the late Thomas C and Zora Lovell Hubbell. She was the widow of Sullivan Hindman and she later married James E Stafford, who survives her. She was a member of the Hills Chapel Church of Christ.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by four sisters: Mrs Carmack (Lois) Hickman and Mrs Kelly (Nina J) Johns, both of Lynnville, Mrs Andrew (Lura Ella) Childress of Columbia, and Mrs J R (Louise) Isbell of Lewisburg; two brothers: Samuel Hubbell of Culleoka and James Hubbell of Columbia; stepson James "Sonny" Stafford; and other relatives and friends.
