  Lloyd, a Beaumont native and reisdent of of Port Arthur, passed away at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont. He was a retired painter and lifelong member of IBPAT Local Union 130. Preceded in death by his wife of sixty years, Irene Stafford Clement, survivors include his four daughters, two granddaughters; three grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.
