Funeral Services for Judy Phillips, 52, of Cookeville will be held Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 2:00pm from the chapel of Presley Funeral Home with Johnny Fox, Danny Hall and Jim Blankenship officiating.
Burial will follow in West Cemetery (South) in Cookeville.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 3:00-9:00pm and again on Saturday from 11:00am until the time of services at the funeral home.
Mrs. Phillips passed away on Thursday morning, June 14th, 2018 in Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
She was born September 28, 1965 in Nashville, TN to James Earl Stafford and Martha Sue Cullum Stafford.
Judy was employed at Cookeville Regional Medical Center 21 years, where she was the Production Manager in the Nutrition Department. She will be remembered for her dependability and her reputation of dedication to everything she was involved in. She was even presented an honor upon graduating high school for having perfect attendance all 12 years of public education.
She is survived by her husband, Darrin Phillips; daughter, Rachel Green and husband Zachary of Rickman; son, Daniel Phillips of Cookeville; grandson, Judah Michael Green of Rickman; father, James Earl Stafford; mother, Martha Sue Cullum Stafford; sister, Patti Burchett and husband Jerry of Nolensville, father and mother-in-law, JL and Lennie Phillips of Cookeville; and a host of neices, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.
She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Johnie and Nannie Stafford; maternal grandparents, William and Jewel Cullum; uncle, Mayford Stafford.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
