GAINESBORO -- Funeral services for Mack A. Phann, 76, of Baxter, will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 20, at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County.
The family will receive friends from 3-9 p.m. today, Friday, Nov. 18, from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19, and from 10 a.m. until time services on Sunday at the funeral home.
Mr. Phann died Thursday, Nov. 17, 2011, in Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
He was born February 13, 1935, in Jackson County, TN, to the ate Major Phann and Julie Smith Phann Nelson. On January 27, 1966, he was married to Bonnie J. Phann, who survives. He was a retired assembly line worker at General Motors, and a member of the Center Grove Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 Brothers: Warren Phann, Reggie Phann, and Mark Phann.
Survivors include his Wife: Bonnie J. Phann of Baxter, TN; 2 Sons: Mack (Kimberly) Phann, Jr. of Baxter, TN, and Michael Phann of Cookeville, TN; 1 Daughter: Kathy Leasure of Wayne, MI; 3 Grandchildren: Tia Phann, Taylor Phann, and Trenten Phann; 1 Great-Granddaughter: Khloe Phann; and 3 Sisters: Evelyn Barlow of Gainesboro, TN, Mildred Cook of Canton, MI, and Chloe Stafford of Warren, MI.
Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services.
