Betty Lou (Chumney) Stafford was born on May 31, 1945 to the late Bill and Mattie Chumney. On March 23, 2016 God decided it was time to take her home. So she peacefully and quietly went to her ever-lasting home. Not only does she leave many memories behind, but she leaves a caring and loving family behind who will always miss her. We will always cherish the good times and the laughter that we shared.
Betty Lou was preceded in death by her father, Bill Chumney, her mother, Mattie Chumney, her husband, Jimmy Stafford, brother, Billy Chumney and sister, Daisy Ward.
She leaves behind to cheish her memory two sons; one daughter; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one brother; one sister; two sisters-in-law; aunt; a devoted niece and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
