Funeral services for Mrs. Ina Williams Doss,68, were held Monday at Lafayette Missionary Baptist church by Eld. H. S. Jenkins, Elder R.W. Pedigo and Elder Paul Oldham. Burial was in Eulia Cemetery.
Mrs. Doss died Sunday morning at Beene Nursing home in Hartsville, following a long illness.
She was a native of Sumner County, but she had lived in this county most of her life. Her parents were Newton and Lue Cole Williams.
For 39 years she taught in Macon and Sumner county schools.
Survivors include her husband T. P. Doss, Lafayette; two step-sons, Cordell and X. L. Doss both of Nashville; a brother Blonville Williams of Westmoreland; a sister, Mrs. Alta Duffer, Westmoreland.
