Julia Ellen Williams Stafford, 95 of Roanoke passed away Thursday April 7, 2016. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Thomas (Jeff) Stafford, a son, Gary B. Stafford, her brothers, Paul Williams and Odell Williams and her sisters, Dorothy Nix, Mozelle Stafford and Estelle Butts. Mrs. Stafford was a long time member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her daughters, Marlene Flynn and husband, Doug, of Roanoke, Mary Lou Stafford and husband, Steve Csaky, of Ashland, VA., seven grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, a sister, Mary Williams, her brothers, Buford Williams and Roland Williams, and a daughter-in-law, Patricia Sexton Stafford.
Services will be in the Chapel of Birch lawn Memorial Park in Pearisburg, Va. At 11:00 A.M. Monday, April 11, 2016. The Rev. William Logan will officiate. In lieu of flowers please send donations to her church, Trinity United Methodist Church, 305 Mountain Ave. SW, Roanoke VA 24016. The family will visit with friends there immediately following the service. Arrangements by Oakey’s Roanoke Chapel.
