HANNAH RALPH.
Died, at her home in Des Moines township, last Thursday, and was buried in the old cemetery in that township last Saturday. Mrs. Ralph was a kind and indulgent mother and gave one of her boys to save the Union. He was then her support, and since his death she has drawn a mother's pension. She has been living in this part about twelve years and was about seventy years of age when she died. The funeral service was held in the Howell school house. Service conducted by Rev. Artman. Another patriotic mother laid to rest.
Married Ira Ralph in 1840 in Lewis Co. NY. Mother to George, Celia Aurelia, Willard, Cornelia Ann, Emma Jane, Albert W. and Annette.
