GAINESBORO ~ Funeral services for Raymond E. Stafford, 78, of the Hurricane Community near Gainesboro will be held held today, Nov. 4, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of
Anderson Funeral Home in Jackson County.
Mr. Stafford, a retired farmer, died Friday morning, Nov. 2, 1990, in the Jackson County Hospital following a
brief illness.
Born Dec. 3, 1911, in Jackson County, Mr. Stafford was the son of the late Bedford W. and Jane Kirkpatrick Stafford.
His family includes his wife, Ethel Buck Stafford of Gainesboro; a son, Troy R. Stafford of Gainesboro; a
brother, Marvin Stafford of Hendersonville; two grandsons, Danny R. Stafford of Germany and Kevin D. Stafford of Gainesboro; and two great grandsons, Chad Stafford and
Derick Stafford, both of Germany.
Burial will be in the John L. Clark Memoral Cemetery in the Stone Community of Jackson County.
