  Year of birth (1820) is estimated, based on age at death (77-years-old in 1897) Also, according to the 1850 U.S. Census, 29-year-old Phebe Stafford was living with her widowed mother Elizabeth in the Town of Collins, NY (which at the time encompassed Collins and North Collins). Norman H. Allen (Aug 1811-Jan 1897) m. 1st: Roanna Babcock (1816-1863). They had three children: Millard (1847-1928) who is buried in Gowanda, NY; Norman (1851-1880 - burial location unknown); and Harmony [Allen] Bartlett (1856-1952) who is buried in Fredonia, NY. Norman H. Allen m. 2nd: Phebe Stafford (1820-1897) circa 1865. Norman H. Allen's occupation: farmer Norman and Roanna Allen are buried in the Broadway Cemetery in Gowanda, NY. Four of Lilly Jr & Elizabeth Stafford's five children are buried in the Shirley Orthodox Quaker Cemetery.
