  After the death of her father, Mildred's mother brought her and her sibblings back to Shortsville, NY where she signed custody of Mildred over to one of Charle's sisters, Daisie Anna May Stafford Fritz, on December 13, 1901. Frank and Daisie Fritz may have formally adoped Mildred later. She is listed as "daughter" on two of Frank's obituaries. Born: 1900 Census has her as born in May 1900.
