  Obituary: Flint Journal, The (MI) - November 14, 2000 Deceased Name: FRANCISCO FRANCISCO, Evelyn M. - Of Flushing, age 91, died Monday, November 13, 2000. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, November 15, 2000 at the Whipple-O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio, Rev. Jim Horn officiating with burial in West Vienna Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1-9 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Montrose Historical Society. Evelyn was born March 19, 1909 in Montrose, Michigan, the daughter of the late Arthur and Effie (Weston) Stafford. She had resided in the Montrose area most of her life. Evelyn married Elmer Francisco in 1927. He preceded her in death in 1976. She was a member of the Hi Neighbor Club. Surviving are: sons, Don and wife Joyce Francisco of Clio, Bill and wife Lorraine Francisco of Clio, Bob and wife Betty Francisco of Flushing, Jerry and wife Carol Francisco of Traverse City; daughters, Joyce and husband Ira Chamberlain of Flushing, Kathryn and husband Robert Burry of Montrose; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Evelyn was also preceded in death by her brother, Raymond Stafford; sister, Norma McNally and 2 sons, John A. Francisco and Wendell "Corky" Francisco.
