  Hattie was Effie Weston's sister. From Saginaw News Courier obituary: Hattie M. Stafford, 35 years old, wife of Ernest C. Stafford, died Monday at Saginaw General Hospital. Her maiden name was Hattie M. Weston. She was born December 12, 1890 in Bridgeport township. She was married to Mr. Stafford in 1908 and since that time they have lived on a farm on the Sheridan Road in Bridgeport township. She was a member of the Washington Avenue Presbyterian Church. Surviving her, are her husband and seven children: Thelma, Kenneth, Darwin, Loren, Merritt, Muriel and Calvin all at home. She also leaves her mother, Mrs. Marriette Weston, Bridgeport township, three brothers and three sisters: Floyd and Chester, Bridgeport township; Stanley and Mrs. Ralph Shreve, Flint, Mrs. Lillian Pratt and Miss Lola, Bridgeport....
