  Obituary: "Frankfort Morning Times 16 Mar 1948 Death Notice EMMA MAY STAFFORD Emma May Stafford, widow of ***JOSEPH STAFFORD and former resident of the Jefferson community, died Monday [15 Mar 1948] at Hartford, Conn, to which city she moved 13 years ago. Mr. Stafford died in 1934. Surviving are two sons, Chester A. and Joseph T. [P.] Stafford, both of Hartford, and two daughters, Mrs. Beryl Van Sickle and Mrs. Beulah Woodruff, both of Hartford, and one brother Dillman Davison, of Marion, IN. The body will arrive in Frankfort at 11:47 a.m. Wednesday and be taken to the Goodwin Funeral Home where friends may call after 4 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral rites will be conducted Thursday [18 Mar 1948] at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Rev. S. P. O'Reilley will officiate and interment will be at Jefferson cemetery."
