Sarah was the youngest daughter of John Hubbert. She is believed to have married John Stafford III after the death of her first husband, Thomas Hackett with whom she is believed to have had several children, e.g., Margaret, Frances, Betty (Elizabeth) and Tommy.
Note: SARAH'S father, John Hubbert/Hubbard died leaving a will dated 29 May 1773, proved 25 Oct 1773. Mentioned were eldest dau. Roseanah Causey, wife of Thomas Causey; youngest dau. Sarah Safford, wife of John Safford; son Solomon Hubert; and granddau. Mary Hickman, wife of William Hickman.
Will:
