  Advocate, The (Baton Rouge, LA) - Monday, January 16, 1995 Died 4 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 15, 1995, at her son's residence in Baton Rouge. She was 83, a native of Bradford, Tenn., and a resident of Port Allen. Visiting at Hollabaugh-Spindle Wooddale Memorial Chapel 4 to 9 p.m. Monday, and noon until religious services in the chapel at 2 p.m Tuesday. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survived by a son and two daughters-in-law, Jerry D. and Dinah Buford, Baton Rouge, and Renate Buford, Germany; four grandchildren, Jeanette Smith, Barbara Williams, Claude Buford and Randy Buford; and a great-grandchild, Mandy Buford. Preceded in death by husband, Claude Buford, in 1987; a son, Darold Buford; and a grandson, Paul Buford. She was a member of First United Methodist Church.
