Lucille Laura Laugherty, age 80 of Florence, died 8:30 p.m. Friday, at St. Elizabeth Hospital South.
Formerly of Monticello, she was a retired clerk for the American Bakery Company, and a member of
the Gathering Place Church, Florence.
She is survived by one daughter, Judy King of Florence, one son, Jack D. Laugherty of Lexington; one sister, Josephine Haynes of Florence; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Tuesday morning at the Gathering Place Church in Florence. Burial at the Burnside Cemetery, Burnside.
Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home in Florence in charge of arrangements.
