  Mrs Eliza Stafford Baldwin daughter of Harris Stafford, was born in Essex in 1845. In early life she married D. Albert Baldwin son of Phillip Baldwin who for many years was a Deacon of the Baptist church In Essex village. and for forty years she shared the joys and sorrows of this life. The saddest event of her life was when her only daughter departed this life several years ago and we picture in our mind the glad meeting between mother and daughter, we feel assured that they will still remember and talk of the dear ones left behind. Besides her husband two sons survived, two grandchildren. Mrs. Baldwin had four sisters, Mrs. Howard of Westport, Mrs. David Stafford, Mrs. Charles Stafford and Mrs. George Stickney of Essex. The funeral services were held at her home on Wednesday, conducted by Rev. Napier, who came from Rochester where he had been the previous week for a short vacation.  Aug 26 1910 Essex County Republican
