  Daughter of David & Sophia Clark (1855 Victor, NY census) Wife of Milton Stafford, son of Samuel & Nancy Stafford (1855 Victor, NY census). Mother of William J. & Jennie Stafford. Ontario County Times, Wed., April 17, 1889 ~Victor, N. Y. - The wife of Milton Stafford, of this village, died on Thursday morning about one o'clock, and the funeral was held at their residence on Piety Hill on Friday afternoon at three o'clock. Mrs. Stafford had been in poor health for several years. Ontario County Journal, April 19, 1889: In Victor, April 10, Catherine Clark, wife of Milton Stafford, aged 52 years. 1870/1880 lists her as being born approx. 1837/38.
