Listed as Levi Stafford, a farmer, with children Charles, Albert, Sarah and Levi. Died: Died At the residence of his son C. M. Stafford of Trimbelle, on the 18th ult., Levi Stafford Sr. aged 73 years. The deceased has been known in our midst for many years as an energetic, honest, industrious, citizen highly esteemed by all who knew him, and his loss is deeply felt by the many friends now called to mourn him. He was among the early pioneers of the west and removed to Trimbelle, Pierce Co. at an early day where he built his forest house and has since resided until called to his more beautiful home and treasurers on the other side. 5-25-1876 River Falls Journal
