  Achor Wright purchased land, 160 acres, SW1/4 of 23, T8, R4) in Ohio Towns hip in 1841; a deed recorded in the 1860s but dated in the document as being in 1854 this ground was put to public autction as it was deemed too hard to divide it among all of his heirs. It lists them as Clara Wright, Hester Ann Wright, Absolem Wright, james K. Wright, John Wright, Elizabeth Wright, and Orlander Wright by their guardian Samuel Thompson and Matilda Romine and Stephen Romine.
