  He was a Doctor, educated at Harnwein College in Chicago, serving the community of Minneapolis from 1882-1927. FROM David E. Cann From 1882 to 1927 Dr. David Albert Loch MD10 was Physician in Minnesota. 10 David Albert Loch and histwin brother Samuel were both doctors. He received a Medicine (MD) degree about 1882 in Harnnewain Medical College, Chicago, Cook County, Illinois.10 According to one source, it was while David and his brother Samuel were both in medical school there that their name was changed from "Loch" to "Locke" by a professor, whose name also was Locke.
