  On the 1900 census, Nancy was a widow with 4 children, all living. Nancy's obituary in January 1929: VENERABLE WOMAN DIES AT GILBERT Mrs. Nancy White, aged 85 years, one of the oldest members of a pioneer family of the Gilbert section, died from an attack of influenza at the home of her son, John W. White, at Gilbert, Monday, January 14... Mrs. White was born in 1843 and was one of a family of eleven children, three of whom are yet living. Her husband, Harrison White, died in 1891. For a number of years the aged woman had made her home with her children at Gilbert, where she was well known and had countless friends. She was a devoted member of the Methodist Episcopal church, north... Both of her surviving children were at her bedside when death came. The following brothers and sisters survive: Sam Stafford of Justice, Compton Stafford of Logan county, and Mrs. Anthony Cook of Logan county... Benjamin: John Ed Stafford listed him as "Harry" on his family tree (nickname of Harrison). Died: Died of influenza.
