Notes |
- I am searching for info on the family of Samuel Stafford who married Elizabeth Chapman in Lincoln County, Tn. August 5, 1849. I believe they were in the wagon train with my great grandfather, Elizabeth's brother, Thomas A. Chapman. They left Moore County, Tn. in the early 1870's and were in Texas by 1874. W. C. Stafford signed as a witness on my great grandmothers Civil War pension application. Would appreciate any info on this family. Email [email protected]
