25 May , 16 Charles 2nd.--Record that, at G. D. S. of the said date, Dorot hy Bowden, Daniel Brisley, Mary Elmes, Mary Rowe, John Bird, Mary Drew, Ge orge Vigen, William Peace, Christiana Gisburne, Mary Hull, James Johnso n, William Cooke and William Harrison, thirteen persons attainted and conv icted of several felonies, pleaded the King's special pardon, dat ed on 21 inst. under condition, that they and each of them within the spa ce of two months go out of England upon the sea to the island or islands c alled the Barbadoes or some other part of America inhabited by the king 's subjects, and remain there for seven years and do not return therefr om into the said kingdom within seven years from the end of the said two m onths next following the date of the said pardon.
