On 4 Apr 1763 Elisha (Elishua) Stafford of DO Co. conveyed to Elijah Stafford of Dorchester Co. 164 a. called Stafford's Outlet adj. 30 a. belonging to said Elisha, laid out of the said tract in accordance with his father's last will; located on the borders of DO Co. on a path leading from John Stafford's by Edward Poole's and on w. side of Cornelius's Branch which makes out of the Northwest Fork of Nanticoke River.
On 4 Apr 1763 Elisha Stafford of DO Co. planter and his wife Mary conveyed to Richard Kendall Foxwell, cooper, Hog Quarter on the border of DO Co. on Cornelius Branch, 83 a.
