  Syracuse Herald-Journal (NY) - Saturday, December 17, 1994 William F. Stafford, 79, of 1432 Comstock Ave. died Thursday at Crouse Irving Memorial Hospital after a long illness. Mr. Stafford was a life resident of Syracuse. He retired as an accountant from Syracuse Datsun Co. and previously was employed with Paul Henson Car Co. and Steve Aloe Ford. Mr. Stafford was a graduate of Syracuse University, where he was a member of Phi Kappa Psi. Mr. Stafford was a communicant of St. Therese Little Flower of Jesus Church. He was an Army veteran of World War II, serving in military intelligence. Surviving are his wife, the former Elizabeth Wheeler; a daughter, Betsy Naples of Syracuse; and two granddaughters. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in St. Therese Little Flower of Jesus Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt.
