  Charles Alonzo Stafford died March 16th at his home here, aged 67 years. He had been in poor health all winter. For several yean Mr. Stafford lived in Watertown, where he was employed as driver for the Standard Oil Company. From Watertown he moved to Natural Bridge. Then he moved to Glenfleld and later to this village. Besides his widow; Mrs. Luella Stafford he leaves a brother, Orrln Stafford, of Boonville, and four daughters, Mrs. Charles C. Hyle of Watertown, Mrs, Eber Slye of Natural Bridge, Mrs. W D. LaGrow and Mrs. Ansel B. Quyett, Watertown. The body was taken to the home of Mrs. Hyle, Watertown, where funeral services were held Monday. Burial in North Watertown cemetery. fultonhistory.com Lowville Journal & Republican 1932
