Vinie Mae Stafford, 74, of Bernie was born Sept. 14, 1935, at Point Pleasant and died Monday, March 15, 2010, at her residence in Bernie.
On Jan. 9, 1952, she was united in marriage to Harold Lloyd Stafford in Piggott, Ark. He survives of the home.
She is the daughter of the late Robert Roy Coleman and Virgie Irene Florrow Coleman.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Bernie where she was in the United Methodist Women and Missouri Retired Teachers Association.
Survivors include her husband Harold Lloyd Stafford of Bernie; her daughters and son-in-law, Stephanie and Mark lemons of Peach Tree City, Ga., and Susan Petevis of Larnaka, Cypress; six grandchildren, Les and Jamie Norman of Freeburg, Ill., Preston and Stacy Lemons of Cumming, Ga., Garret Bock of Denver, Colo., Devin Lemons of Peach Tree City, Ga., Andonis Petevis of Larnaka, Cypress, and Demitri Petevis of Larnaka, Cypress; four great-grandsons, Aidan Norman of Freeburg, Ill., Caleb Lemons of Cumming, Ga., Grady Norman of Freeburg, Ill., and Reece Lemons of Cumming, Ga.; two sisters, Linda Jensen of Pontiac, Mich., and Mancy Patten of Dexter.
She was preceded in death by one sister, mary Juergens; one brother, Eugene "Cocoa" Coleman.
Visitation will be held from 2:30-5 p.m. Sunday, March 21, 2010, at United Methodist Church in Bernie.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, March 22, 2010, at United Methodist Church in Bernie.
Interment will follow at Bernie Cemetery.
Arrangements are with Bradshaw Funeral Home in Bernie.
