Mrs Mary VAn Ornam, age 98 years, died Wednesday morning at the home of her daughter Mrs. N. M. Stafford, two miles west of Decatur.
Her death was due to the weakness of age. For the past 20 years the deceased had been blind and during all of that she lived with Mrs. Stafford, who is the only surviovor of live children, The deceased was a native of Lewis County, New York, and the greatest part of her life was spent in Illinois.
The Funeral will be held this afternoon at the Stafford residence and the interment will be at Greenwood.
