Edward Bullock - Last Will & Testament located at North Carolina State Archives, Raleigh, NC 4/13/94 copied verbatim from the original form:
Know all men by these presents the, I Edward Bullock of Guilford County and state of North Carolina, being in helth of Boday and of sound disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and Testament in manner and Form following.
First, I will that all the just debts that I shall owe to any person or persons at the time of my decease be well and truly paid and discharged in Convenient time.
Item: I give and bequeath unto my six sons namely William Bullock, David Bullock, John Bullock, Edward Bullock, James Bullock & Len Bullock Five Shillings to each
Item: I give and bequeath unto my Four Daughters namely Elizabeth Ralph, Susan Loney, Sarah Stafford & Winneford, Five Shillings each
Item I give and bequeath unto my Beloved wife Ann Dogged Bullock the use of profit and mean of all my Estate both Real and personall that remains after the above directions are Complyed with during her natural life and at the decease of my wife
Item: I give and bequeath unto my Son, George Bullock, all my Estate of whatsoever name or nature both Real and Personal forever.
And lastly I constitute appoint and make my beloved wife Ann Dogged Bullock Executrix, and my Friend, William Starbuck, Executor jointly of this my last will and Testament in witness whereof I have to these present let my hand and seal this Twentieth day of the First month in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirteen.
