  Fredonia NY Censor, April 19, 1951 Mrs. Markham, Sheridan, Dies Sheridan—Mrs. Arloene B. Markham, 61, a resident of this community 35 years, died last Friday morning (April 13, 1951) after an extended illness. She was a native of Poland. Mrs. Markham was a member of the Sheridan Methodist Church and the W. S. C. S. Surviving are her husband, Myrl Markham; five brothers, Ion Stafford of Onoville, Rex A. Stafford of Dunkirk, Fay Stafford of Randolph, Lee Stafford of Lakewood, and Foy Stafford of Silver Creek; and one sister Mrs. Ina McEwen of Buffalo. Services were conducted Sunday afternoon in the Methodist Church, the Rev. William Blume, pastor, officiating. Burial was in Sheridan Cemetery.
