Buried:
- Died at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, 1983, at Dixon Memorial Hospital, Denham Springs. He was 61, a native and resident of Baton Rouge. He was the business agent for Electrical Union Local 995. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St., 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday, and from 11 a.m. to religious services at 2 p.m. Monday, conducted by the Rev. Homer Nowell and the Rev. Stafford Rogers. Burial in Hiram Stafford Cemetery, Satsuma.
Survived by wife, Mrs. Oudrey Borskey, Baton Rouge; two daughters, Carol Lynn and Margaret Borskey, both of Baton Rouge; a son, Billy Borskey, Thibodeaux; three sisters, Mrs. Margaruite Johnson, Mrs. Florence Granger, both of Baton Rouge, and Mrs. Louise Ware, Denham Springs; two brothers, Cecil and Charles Borskey, both of Denham Springs; two grandchildren, Joshua and Jonah Borskey, both of Thibodaux.
Preceded in death by parents, William and Mamie Brian Borskey.
Pallbearers will be Barry Curtis, Travis Ware, Harold Johnson, Jesse Dier, Frank Granger and Toby Gautreaux. Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy Thomson, and the members of Electrical Union Local 995.
He was a member of Brookstown Baptist Church and the Masonic Lodge.
