  Josie A (Stafford) Forbes was born on November 24, 1874. She was married to John H Forbes (1865-1939), the son of John Forbes and Katherine (Shannon) Forbes. Living 302 Cass Street in Nashville, Tennessee, Josie was 71 years old and a widow when she died at home of arthritis of the spine on December 28, 1946. Burial was two days later in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Nashville. The above is from her Death Certificate, with C A Schutt of 302 Cass Street as the informant.
