Mr. Fred Rush, age 84, was born on February 26, 1920, in Jackson County, TN, and passed away on Friday, July 23, 2004, at Masters Health Care Center in Algood, Tennessee. He was the husband of the late Velma Pearl Denton Rush and the son of the late Charlie and Mary Rush.
In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Fred Rush was preceded in death by three sisters: Corrie Biggs, Betsy Heady and Lassie Stafford; and two infant sisters and three brothers: Henry Rush, Jim Howard Rush and Frank Rush
Mr. Fred Rush is survived by four sons: Billy Rush of Gainesboro, Fred D. Rush of Spencer, TN, Charles Rush of Clarksville and Joe Rush of Portland; three daughters: Patricia Bennett of Hendersonville, Mary Ann Litchford of Gainesboro and Helen Sue Matthews of Red Boiling Springs. Mr. Fred Rush is also survived by nine grand-children and several great grandchildren.
