STOKESDALE - Mrs. Berneda Hilton Stafford, 67, died Friday, May 14, 200 4, at Beacon Place/A Program of Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensbor o. Mrs. Stafford was born in Rockingham County, a daughter of Walter E. Hi lton Sr. and Viola Goode Hilton. She was preceded in death by her husban d, Charles Eugene Stafford. Surviving are three daughters, Teresa Wagon er and husband Kenneth, Terrilyn Stafford and Lisa Stafford, all of Kerner sville; a son, Ricki Stafford, also of Kernersville; four grandchildren; t wo great-grandchildren; three sisters, Frances McGee, Fay Case, both of St okesdale, and Margaret Brown of Winston Salem; and a brother, Walter Hilt on Jr. of Stokesdale. The funeral service will be conducted at 7 this even ing, May 16, at Hayworth-Miller Cain Funeral Home Chapel in Kernersvil le by Brother Lonnie Sorrell. The family will receive friends immediate ly following the service. A graveside committal service will be he ld at 10 a.m. Monday, May 17, at the Bunker Hill Cemetery.
