  Cecil was born November 2, 1897 daughter of Claude and Jessie Harrison Stafford. Mrs. Bailey and her husband owned and operated a dairy farm in Cassadaga from 1920 to 1950 and grape farm in Westfield from 1950 to 1968. Surviving are two daughter; Jean Lindsley of Ellenton, Fla and Lucille Nelson of Largo, Fla; three grandchildren Richard C. Fletcher of Clymer, New York Donna Schultz of Hamburg, New York and Brenda Lindsley of Ellenton, Fla. and three great-grandchildren. Besides her husband she was preceded in death by a son Richard Bailey and a brother George Stafford.
