  Mrs. Bessie Lee Allen, 71 of Radford died last night at Radford Community Hospital.  She was the widow of the late Robert Conley Allen of Radford. She is survived bv two sons, Robert Carlyle Allen of Ft. Hood, Texas, and K W. Allen of Radford; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. S.M. Flanagan of Detroit, Mich., and Mrs. J. C. Rock of Russell, Ky; one brother, James W. Stafford, Sr., of Radford.  Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the DeVilbiss Funeral Home with the Rev. Arthur Jones officiating.
