  Virginia Sumption Stafford, 70, widow of Ernest Bailey Stafford, died Saturday in a Radford hospital.  She lived at 308 5th St. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Robley M. Perrow, Atlanta, Ga., Mrs. John W. Myers in, Charleston, W. Va., Mrs. C. P. Brezeale Jr., Columbia Md; a sister Mrs Hunter M. Gaunt, Winchester; a brother, H. Cordell Sumption, Deltona, Fla.; nine grandchildren.  A memorial service was today at 11 a.m. at Presbyterian Church of Radford with burial in Sunrise Burial Park. The Rev. Wade Kay officiated.
