- Obituary of Alonzo Edward Havens: found in the Muskogee Public Libray. Found on Micro-film of the Muskogee Daily Pheonix paper, Friday April 27, 1951.
Lonzo Edward Havens, 52, of 315 1/2 South Second, died unexpectedly Thursday morning in a local hospital. He is survived by the widow Mrs Faye Havens of the home, a son, Junior Havens, Oklahoma City. A daughter Mrs, Juanita Warren, 1104 Hamilton, His mother, Mrs. Lettie Havens, 1202 E. Okmulgee, and a sister Mrs. Alma Jones 1202 E. Okmulgee, and two grandchildren, Sondra Kay Warren, Muskogee, and Cheryl Faye Havens, Okla. City. Funeral arrangements are incomplete, and will be announced later by the Walker Funeral Home.

Funeral Services: Were held at 2:00 April 28, 1951 in Porter Oklahoma at the Baptist Church. With Rev. Pat Shields officiating. The church choir sang "Precious Memories, Sweet Bye and Bye, and Where we'll never grow old.
